Having spent many of my formidable years at Georgia State University (see post below), I try to keep up with (one of my) colleges through the AJC.

I don’t wish to get involved in the controversy, other than to say that Georgia State is a research university, like Tech and UGA etc. They employ experts in a wide and diverse range of scholarly studies. Wanna know about boll weevils? Or iron production? Or the adrenal gland? There’s probably someone at the University you could call up and ask.

And those experts in boll weevils and iron and glands? They probably don’t have to look it up in a book first. They may get you an answer before you even finish the question.

So, yeah, there’s some people at Georgia State who have studied human sexuality.

It shouldn’t be a political issue.
