I wish I could post a cartoon that was in the Chicago Tribune in 1934. On the top of it reads: “Planned Economy or Planned Destruction?” At one point it also reads, “Depleting the resources of the soundest government in the world.” And it makes reference to liberals attending Columbia and Harvard back then. Obama’s daddy, Karl Marx, must be proud!
