Credible rumor has it Deal used the “blond info” to get Cagle out of the Gov. race. Be interesting to see how it plays out and who knew what, when.

Let’s not get all dewey eyed over Erick’s sudden concern about cleaning up the Georgia Republican Party. It’s wonderful for him to “get religion” and call for a clean sweep, but where was he when all of this was going down? With his inside sources, sounds like he was complicit in keeping it all managed and ignored. Why start throwing roundhouse punches now? I have to wonder if he saw the light when this turned into a potential advantage for Handel. Usually political operatives/consultants are just opportunists, not really reformers.
